Are your gas engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Always ask to see the engineer's Gas Safe ID card, whoever you use.
How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. An annual service keeps it running safely and efficiently, and most manufacturers need it to keep the warranty valid.
Can you add radiators for my extension or garage conversion?
Yes. We check whether your boiler can take the extra load and extend the system to heat the new room.
Can you move my boiler?
Often, yes, for example into a loft or utility room during a renovation. It depends on the flue position and pipework, which we check during the survey.
I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the property, don't use switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 straight away.
